The Richmond is home to one of the highest families per capita out of all San Francisco neighborhoods. As a mother herself, Connie Chan is in touch with the needs of working class families in her district. She made summer camps free for children K - 8th grade, fought to keep our public schools open, and kicked off the Night Markets, a great opportunity for families to connect in the neighborhood they call home.
